CADs for running events in London
It’s that time of year again. From fun-runs to marathon men, people of all shapes and sizes will be donning the streets of London in the name of personal fitness or charitable deeds, walking or running in outfits designed to maximise efficiency or entertainment.
Provide has once again offered its services to assist these events by volunteering its members to steward and officiate parts of the events, so if you think you’re up to the task search for CADs with the specified criteria within the website.
Notable ones coming up are: Playtex Moonwalk (Walk the Walk, Breast Cancer UK – 15th May) and the BUPA London 10k (31st May).
For any information on how to get involved that isn’t on the opportunities page, get in touch with us at Provide at: sarah.gifford@qmsu.org or student.activities@qmsu.org

In addition, amongst other events, The Stroke Association's Thames Bridges Bike Ride (Sunday 23rd May) is now available to apply to as well. It will be of great benefit to students looking to assist in the triathlon, as well as other similar competitions in the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Search for the opportunity here, and if any more details are needed then contact Amber Gill (amber.gill@stroke.org.uk) or Carly Cook (carly.cook@stroke.org.uk).
